[edit] Image:Terrence Jenkins.jpg

Claimed origin is "I took this picture myself." on 9 January 2008, Harlem, New York. Show no longer tapes in Harlem. Same editor also uploaded Image:Fav_5_D-Wade.JPG as coming from "My Big Screen TV", "I took this picture with my camera when this commercial was showing on the Super Bowl" noting "do not replace i did the research no copyright". Suspect this image (and others) are similarly sourced. Mdsummermsw (talk) 14:39, 11 February 2008 (UTC)

no evidence of GFDL —Steven G. Johnson (talk) 03:21, 11 February 2008 (UTC)

Images used were from a CD I produced as a member of the Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. Historical Society. You can contact Mark Pachich Curator of the Sigma Museum at mallet_pbs@hotmail.com.
The fact that you "produced" a CD including this image means little or nothing. The owner of the copyright of the image (the only one who can legally give us permission to use it, if it is still in copyright) is generally the original photographer/publisher of the image, not someone who happened to scan it into a CD many years later. —Steven G.
