The uploader released the image into the public domain with {{PD-self}}, however that uploader doesn't have the legal right to do this since the copyright in the card's image is owned by the Irish government. Under Irish law, government-created works have a copyright term of 50 years (see here), and this image is very unlikely to be more than 50 years old. Hux (talk) 02:14, 8 April 2008 (UTC)

According to this web page, the use of this document only started in 2006, so it is not over 50-years old, besides which Ireland did not even join the European Community until 1973. ww2censor (talk) 02:29, 8 April 2008 (UTC)

Uploader claims ownership and gave a release but claims the picture was taken by Tommy Ramirez of Tommy2.net. Picture was taken with a pro camera as per exif info. Pro photographers don't normally give away their images so I find the claim of the uploader owning this image to be unlikely. NrDg 05:09, 8 April 2008 (UTC)
