No evidence that uploader is the copyright holder as claimed. Nv8200p talk 00:55, 11 April 2008 (UTC)

I agree it should be re-uploaded with proper fair use. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Kurowoofwoof111 (talkcontribs) 00:59, 11 April 2008 (UTC)

Let it stay, it isn't hurting anyone. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 203.184.31.162 (talk) 00:55, 11 May 2008 (UTC)

Not used in any articles; possible bad self-made claim seicer | talk | contribs 02:32, 11 April 2008 (UTC)

Garbage "logo" uploaded by spammer to promote himself. Furthermore, it's pretty much impossible for company logos to be GFDL. Delete. Nobody of Consequence (talk) 03:03, 11 April 2008 (UTC)

OR magazine cover. Incorrectly tagged as GFDL but in a non-useful format. Ricky81682 (talk) 02:34, 11 April 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Image:Joe Kernan.jpg

Tagged {{PD-USGov}}, but the source is given as "Indiana Historical Bureau" [1], which does not appear to be a branch of the United States federal government. —Bkell (talk) 11:40, 11 April 2008 (UTC)

User has provided no licensing information. Image looks like an official promotional image of a living person, and is most likely unfree. Cambrasa 12:39, 11 April 2008 (UTC)

Source is a private Myspace account, so no way to verify the license. In any case, Myspace is most likely not the source of the image, and the CC license seems dubious. Mosmof (talk) 14:46, 11 April 2008 (UTC)

The image is truly hosted in The Vines' myspace, and the count is not private, but to watch it, you must to have a myspace count. The web never denies the license, and there are not too much Craig Nicholls updated images on the internet.Garage kid (talk) 22:43, 12 April 2008 (UTC)
The question isn't where the image is hosted - it's about who created, and who owns the copyright (fwiw, I checked the Vines' profile and the image isn't there), and Myspace doesn't create, nor are they licensers of images for bands. So can you produce any evidence that the image has a Creative Commons license? I have no earthly idea what "the web never denies the license", and CC licenses aren't commonly used outside of Web 2.0 communities. Finally, the "there are not too much Craig Nicholls updated images on the internet" is not a valid reason for using an image of dubious copyright status. If a subject is alive and makes public appearances, then a free image can be created without unreasonable difficulty. --Mosmof (talk) 05:27, 14 April 2008 (UTC)

For the source of the image there's an email address. Little reason to believe license. Simon Speed (talk) 20:14, 11 April 2008 (UTC)

Image watermarked as coming from a commercial website but claimed as self made. No apparent connection between uploader and website. Simon Speed (talk) 22:45, 11 April 2008 (UTC)
