Image is believed to be one of a series of candid publicity shots taken on the Finian's Rainbow film set and is probably the property of the film studio. Evidence of uploader's copyright ownership should be provided. Uploader is currently indefinitely blocked for copyright violations D7240 13:22, 6 October 2007 (UTC)

Uploader describes it as "A picture taken from a poster by Zildjian", no indication uploader is photographer nor copyright holder. Infrogmation 17:51, 6 October 2007 (UTC)

Uploader describes it as "A Picture taken by me from a Pearl Jam live bootleg from 23.07.06" What does this mean? Is the uploader the actual original photographer and copyright holder? Infrogmation 17:56, 6 October 2007 (UTC)

1931 image, all sorts of confusing statements about what the licensing status, looks replaceable if nonfree Calliopejen1 21:39, 6 October 2007 (UTC)
There is nothing at all confusing in the information. I have the original magazine, which was published in 1931 and is therefore out of the original copyright. I have scanned the cover thus creating copyright in my scan. I have uploaded that onto Wikipedia for others to enjoy and use as they wish. What is the problem? Lordprice
