[edit] Image:J_Tschichold.png

unlikely that this user took a photo of someone that's been dead since 1974, this image can be found at various other internet sites, user has uploaded other similarly questionable photos of the same format Calliopejen1 13:55, 31 October 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Image:JAG_School_class_1950's_NU.jpg

unlikely that this photo was taken (as opposed to scanned) by user Calliopejen1 15:11, 31 October 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Image:My logo cwo.gif

Stylised reference to the famous headshot from A Clockwork Orange (film) and imitation of the movie's logo, probably qualifies as a derived work. Used in user space by an editor who has (incidentally) now been blocked as an abusive sock; no encyclopedic value. Fut.Perf. 15:29, 31 October 2007 (UTC)

possibly unfree image - is the uploader "Konrad Photo"? Calliopejen1 15:48, 31 October 2007 (UTC)

Konrad Photo has given his permission for us to use this photo. You may verify from him at: http://konradphoto.multiply.com/photos/album/314/PAWS_Dinner_Celebrity_Support —Preceding unsigned comment added by Baliws (talkcontribs) 13:40, 4 November 2007 (UTC)

  • I would like to add Image:HEART-KAYLA-10202007.jpg to this deletion process. There are two problems with the images: {{PD-self}} is not the correct tag unless Baliws (talk · contribs) is Konrad Photo himself, and the copyright owner should mail OTRS with the authorization because the images are public and copyrighted. -- ReyBrujo 15:25, 4 November 2007 (UTC)

Sorry for not being fully acquainted with how tags are supposed to be properly used. Konrad Photo is the copyright owner and he gave us permission to use the two photos on Wikipedia. Please specify how we should go about changing the tags or which tag should we be using instead. Thank you. - Baliws 17:40, 4 November 2007 (UTC)

Please check commons:Commons:Email templates. The best way is for him to mail the images he has chosen to release for free (as in freedom) to the email address found there, along with the declaration and choosing a license. This way the images will be uploaded to Wikimedia Commons directly, and could be used through all Wikimedia projects and not only this one. -- ReyBrujo 23:37, 4 November 2007 (UTC)

Not work safe - Photo of porn actress Aria Giovanni, I have doubts the uploader is the photographer. Videmus Omnia Talk 20:45, 31 October 2007 (UTC)
