The Needlenose website reposts copyright press images. Since Needlenose doesn't own the copyright to the images, it can't release the images under CC. --Muchness 00:38, 27 October 2007 (UTC)

But I took this image myself - why wouldn't it be free. I apologize if I listed it wrong but an image that I made using a camera and photoshop is allowed. The only conflict could be to the rights owner of the actual brand, but it is a fair use image. --Mrtobacco 21:52, 13 October 2007 (UTC)
