Sadly the picture can't be found at that website. Since www.necrophagist.de is marked as "© 2004 Necrophagist" it is questionable if a GFDL licence for this picture ever existed. --Andibrunt 12:24, 7 November 2007 (UTC)

Image could be a copyright infringement. It has a watermark for "WWW.SERVFILES.COM". There are equally good free use images in its article (Langley Speedway (British Columbia)), so it could easily be orphaned with no loss to the article. — Royalbroil 14:44, 7 November 2007 (UTC).

This is a book cover presumably not designed by the uploader, so it can't be {{GFDL-self}}. The obvious choice is that it's a {{non-free book cover}}; however, the same image at German Wikipedia says it's public domain because the cover is too simple to meet the threshold of originality. If that's true, it should be tagged {{PD-ineligible}} (and moved to Commons). What do others think? Is this PD or non-free? —Angr 16:27, 7 November 2007 (UTC)

Clearly not SELF. I believe for our purposes that {{non-free book cover}} with an appropriate FU rationale be added. Various versions of "Die zweite Revision von 1951" were printed between 1951 & 2000 (& probably after) and there's no way to determine which printing this might be.   • Not deleted - The cover is almost certainly ineligible for copyright, however, it is technically a photo of a 3D object, so I'm inclined to leave the tagging as is. If someone else wants to change it, I'm not going to get too upset one way or the other. --B (talk) 21:53, 21 December 2007 (UTC)
