Seems to be the same photo used on the album cover Image:Loveneedsyou.jpg, which suggests this photo is highly unlikely to be PD Dl2000 02:22, 5 November 2007 (UTC)
- It does not appear to be from the source that is mentioned (unless it's in a sub-page I couldn't find). Given that the background is identical to the image cited and this version as well [1], it is most likely not PD. SkierRMH (talk) 00:23, 18 November 2007 (UTC)

It is alternated version of an image displayed in multiple places online and in print, and in all sources I found it was never attributed to a copywrite holder. Asserts PD-User, but states that photo rights are held solely by Baykeeper. Appears to be non-cropped version of http://baykeeper.org/assets/images/side/8.jpg --uɐɔlnʌɟoʞǝɹɐs 23:16, 5 November 2007 (UTC)
- The background/foreground angle is wrong for a cropping. However, given the extremely similar nature of the photos, would need proof from Baykeeper/uploader regarding true status.SkierRMH (talk) 00:27, 18 November 2007 (UTC)
