- Not deleted, image is tagged as a fair use screen shot and is in the deletion queue for lacking a rationale. --B (talk) 01:43, 14 December 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Image:East Side Access.jpg
No real rationale, just claiming that any image related to subject can be fair use. — Kelvinc (talk) 02:47, 24 November 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Image:East Side Access2.jpg
No real rationale, just claiming that any image related to subject can be fair use. — Kelvinc (talk) 02:47, 24 November 2007 (UTC)
- Being from a confirmed sockpuppet and the rationales being so weak, I've {{dfu}}'d these images instead for WP:SPEEDY. Kelvinc 22:32, 1 December 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Image:East Side Access3.jpg
No real rationale, just claiming that any image related to subject can be fair use and cannot be duplicated, but nothing unique to suggest irreplacability. Kelvinc (talk) 06:29, 24 November 2007 (UTC)
- The editing of these East Side Access pictures reminds me of the editing of User:Roadcrusher3--the use of computer-generated pictures and the breaking of the template call. See my comments at [3] Jason McHuff (talk) 05:51, 30 November 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Image:Animated_Turkey.gif
The only mention of copyright on the source site is "© R-Network 2002-2007", so while it might be implied that they permit free of charge download and personal use there is no indication that the images are free for any purpose. Also the site most likely does not hold the copyright to most of it's material, there is a whole secion for anime characters and stuff that are clearly just screen captures and watermarked promo stuff, pluss lots of professional photographs with no attribution of any kind. Yeah this type of image get used all over the net, but here on Wikipedia we don't label stuff as free for any purpoose unless we know who the copyright holder is and that they intended that kind of use. Check also rest of his images: [4] Almost all of them are violations as they describe no information about the copyright status.
No information about the image, very likely a copyright violation. --Pudeo⺮ 16:59, 24 November 2007 (UTC)

Cannot be All Rights Reserved and GFDL. Probable copyright violation. Nv8200p talk 17:15, 24 November 2007 (UTC)

No real rationale, just claiming that any image related to subject can be fair use and cannot be duplicated, but nothing unique to suggest irreplacability (the claim that being from a newspaper is FU is plain out ridiculous). URL suggests NYTimes copyright. Kelvinc (talk) 20:10, 24 November 2007 (UTC)
