Says it's an official government portrait, but the link goes straight to the image file. The claim is plausible but the uploader has a history of not understanding copyright law and wikipedia copyright policies. (I've been going through his log and tagging almost every image for deletion.) — Calliopejen1 03:34, 21 July 2007 (UTC)

Delete wikipedia asks for the source which means the uploader should attempt to provide author, creating organization, date of publication and other essential details, a link to an anonymous url (which isn't a government website) is not acceptable Bleh999 05:20, 22 July 2007 (UTC)

User uploaded a jillion professional-quality photos of footballers. His first images got deleted, then he presumably switched to saying he created them himself. One picture says "Author = me, [Source = collingwoodfc.com.au]". I left a message on his talk page asking whether he had taken the photos himself and he never responded. I created it using the Bazooka font, check in a text editor, and you'll see it is the font Nick uses in their logo. Also, you will note it is not of the best quality, as I slapped it together within about a minute. It is intended specifically for one of my userboxes, so I will change the liscensing to fair use. Image source specified as the BBC website, whereas the image is licensed under the GFDL. There is no indication that the uploader is also the creator of the picture (possibly mistagged). S up? 19:43, 21 July 2007 (UTC)
