reason this image is not PD

This image is mine, I didn't upload it but it was sourced from my flickr page : http://www.flickr.com/photos/spudmurphy/159182704/in/set-72157594153825948/, I have added a note to the flickr page to denote my ownership and connection to this image on wikipedia. I have set the permissions on this file to be Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 2.0. Dkeeshan 01:48, 18 July 2007 (UTC)

Unfortunately, the release under Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 2.0 is not an acceptable free license for use on Wikipedia. If you want the image to stay it needs to be released under an acceptable free license - see Wikipedia:Image copyright tags/Free licenses for a list. One this is done it is also important to add the flickr link to the image's summary - to give a source and allow editors to confirm the copyright status of the image. Changed the license to Attribution-ShareAlike 2.0 which apparently is a permitted license, also updated image page with the new license and the Flickr page location.
