Questionable claim that the poster is not copyrighted while previously challenged as no good rationales for fair use. Jusjih (talk) 01:44, 20 December 2007 (UTC)
- Northwestern University's Theatre and Interpretation Center does not copyright their posters. --In Defense of the Artist (talk) 23:23, 28 December 2007 (UTC)
- That is not legally possible. All creative works in the US are copyrighted automatically. We need a statement of release into some license that it is free. Please see WP:COPYREQ. MECU≈talk 14:42, 5 January 2008 (UTC)

I only see all rights reserved from the Flickr source today. Jusjih (talk) 02:02, 20 December 2007 (UTC)

Insufficient evidence of claimed copyright permission claim. Jusjih (talk) 02:36, 20 December 2007 (UTC)

I see cc-by-nc-sa today but am unsure if this was ever without "nc". Jusjih (talk) 02:43, 20 December 2007 (UTC)

Source site does not show the permission, so OTRS confirmation, please? Jusjih (talk) 02:49, 20 December 2007 (UTC)

I'm not sure that vector images are automatically in the public domain. Template:PD-font certainly doesn't seem to think so. In any case, Image:Opera Mini logo.png, which is clearly in the public domain, is now used instead, so we probably don't need this copy any more anyway. —Remember the dot (talk) 03:31, 20 December 2007 (UTC)

Uploader has uploaded a lot of images that obviously is not self creations Rettetast (talk) 16:15, 20 December 2007 (UTC)
- These images are owned by the son of Ken Kalmusky who has personally scanned them, and given me permission to release their copyright, to the public, for the creation of these Wikipedia articles, to document this history.
Sadly, I'm doing a poor job, and I'm hoping for some guidance to properly verify these images, so that they can not be disputed. I'd be really thanful for your input and help.
I was guided through "Fair Use Rationales" on many of the original upload of these images, which didn't stick, for the newspaper articles.
the photographs have never been disputed as "original work" before, I'm hoping for some help, verifying them for public release.
Thanks for your help Qwepasdl (talk)

Image copied from Flickr tagged as "All rights reserved". On the other hand, the Flickr account itself says all photos are "extracted from the Internet". So likely copyvio. — Kelvinc (talk) 19:35, 20 December 2007 (UTC)

Another image that was missed as a part of a mass nomination at Wikipedia:Possibly unfree images/2007 December 6 - it is ostensibly owned by Couples for Christ and was originally uploaded and tagged as a non-free promo photo. After this was challenged, it was retagged. We need evidence of a copyright release to be sent to permissions-en@wikimedia.org. B (talk) 22:14, 20 December 2007 (UTC)
