Scan of a Dead Sea scroll. No source given. Not the same as a two-dimensional work of art. Images of the scrolls are very likely under copyright. Savidan 20:08, 25 August 2007 (UTC)

I believe this is a copyrighted image that the user has lifted from somewhere. Aakcjy has a past history of unresolved copyright issues. This image should be deleted as soon as possible, because it definitely isn't public domain. vlad§inger tlk 03:32, 25 August 2007 (UTC)

After looking at the contributions of said user, I believe this image is also a copyright violation with an invalid public domain claim:

Source doesn't support copyright claims: on the website personalityphotos.com all rights are reserved. – Ilse@ 10:17, 25 August 2007 (UTC) The unidentified photographer makes it suspicious. – Ilse@ 10:20, 25 August 2007 (UTC)

I have added license information to the description page, after the uploader notified me. I believe the problem is solved now, although the question about the photographer remains unanswered. – Ilse@ 08:12, 26 August 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Image:MeiYinLloyd.jpg

I have requested the uploader to supply comprehensive copyright information, but he has not done so. The image is a run-of-the-mill publicity photo that is likely copyrighted by the photographer or the artist's management. — Kelvinc 15:14, 25 August 2007 (UTC)
