The image is listed as GFDL and uploaded by sleeper account. Other users have already pointed out the problem: [1]. In short, this page lists the claimed photographer having all the copyrights reserved, and shows a lot of similar images.
The image is not needed anywhere, and is used to represent mongolian Yurt, but is itself taken in Spain. — 18jahremädchen 05:14, 12 August 2007 (UTC)

Found this image in a smaller format via Google Image Search. Uploader had another issue with another copyrighted image of the stadium listed as being put into the public domain (Image:Razorbackstadium4.jpg). --fuzzy510 23:00, 12 August 2007 (UTC)
- Considering the evidence with Image:Razorbackstadium4.jpg, which is seems very likely to be a copyvio, I think this image should be deleted as a likely copyvio as well (notwithstanding the uploader's statements to the contrary). This is just a photo of the inside of a stadium, so it should be extremely easy to get another similar photo with a clear free-license provenance. Calliopejen1 21:16, 18 September 2007 (UTC)
