This photograph is a derivative work of a mural or graffiti art. The artist who created the mural likely holds a copyright independent of the licence issued by the photographer. Unless it can be established that the artist has licensed the mural under a free licence OR that the artist died more than 70 years ago OR that the work is ineligible for copyright the image may be deleted. Alternatively it could possibly be permitted under our policy for non-free content. If proof that the image is free is not provided soon and fair use is not claimed the image will be deleted.
