Postal Orders of The Gambia

British postal orders are the only ones that have ever been issued by The Gambia. They are still being issued today only at one post office in Gambia - the GPO in Banjul. It is not yet known when British postal orders began to be issued in Gambia, as information about them is extremely sketchy.
