Posalia, is a village situated of Sheoganj tehsil in Sirohi District of Rajasthan in Western India. Posalia is situated on National Highway No.14 and the nearest railway station is Jawai dam which is 24 km away. Thakur gotra rathods normally called Sirohia are the dominating people in the town.

Posalia has a Jain temple of Lord Posali Parshvanath a beautiful black marble idol. Nearly 45 cms high, black-colored idol in the Padmasana posture. This splendid pinnacled temple is very beautiful. Adorned with nine hoods, this bright and lustrous idol is peaceful and fascinating. There are many tirths whose historical features center round some special historical events. The idol of God is named Posali Parshvanath after the name of the Posalia village. The idol is adorned with nine hoods. There is a document showing that this temple was built by the Sangha in the year 1750. On the idol there is an inscription of the year 1745.
Also there is 200 yrs old temple of Lord Shiva. It is believed that it fulfills your wish. Also there is 50 yrs old temple of kashab gotari kulldevi shri Gangoti mata mandir.
