This is the possible grave of Elisha Stephens in Union Cemetery, Bakersfield California. It is one of five possible plots containing Stephens remains, and within a family plot for the Johnathan Cox family, who is identified in 19th century census records as having Stephens live with them in 1880. The man in the photo is John Codd of the Kern County Geneaological Society.
