Deutsch: Aufbau eines ortsempfindlichen optischen Detektors: Eine pin-Diode mit vier Kontakten a bis d ändert den spezifischen Widerstand zwischen den Kontakten in Abhängigkeit vom Ort eines Lichtpunktes der darauf projiziert wird.
English: Principle of a position sensitive optical detector: a pin-diode with four contacts a to d changes its specific resistance between the contacts dependent from the position of a light spot that is projected on its surface.
