[edit] Not notable?

There are 900,000 hits for Portuguese sausage, eggs and rice, and it is eaten daily by tens of thousands of locals to Hawaii. By claiming it's non-notable, you are disrespecting my culture and other fellow Hawaiʻi locals. – Obento Musubi (CGS) 20:13, 3 May 2008 (UTC)

  • No disrespect is intended but the article is very short and lacks any references. Why not pick out 2 or 3 good references from the the 900,000 and add a reference section? Then, if you so desire, remove the tags. Happy editing! --Stormbay (talk) 22:19, 3 May 2008 (UTC)
    • It's certainly a valid topic, but due to the paucity (and quality) of sources in the article, I've recommended merging it into list of Hawaiian dishes, which is what we do when we have a short topic related to an already existing list. Of course, if the content grows larger it should remain in its own article. Viriditas (talk) 09:38, 1 June 2008 (UTC)
