Moved from Portmann as Portman is more numerous on Wikipedia, Google and probably everywhere else.

Deleted most Portmann names - red links they had very few "what links here" some had none. Kept Mark Portman he has 5 other links to him - the highest of them. Can put them back if they get articles but page looks silly with loads of red links.
