[edit] Neutral Point of View?

The majority of the header part of this article sounds like an ad to come live in Portland. Now I love it here, but thats not the way wikipedia works. From what I can see, most of this is copied or reworded from portlandtx.com the cities official website, which is completely pro-move to Portland. Somebody needs to cut it to facts, but I don't have the time.-Giant89 01:29, 12 April 2007 (UTC)
