As of May 3, 2005, this article is merely a start. However, I would like to see added information about the port's history (which is long and distinguished) as well as statistics and more information about the facilities and cargo processed. Anything is appreciated. Pentawing 02:50, 3 May 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Image request

I would like to see the following images included:

  • Historical picture of the port
  • Image of the port today

[edit] Harbor Islands?

This article should include information and/or links regarding the islands in the harbor. It seems pertinent to the article, and it was what I expected to find in the article. Fuzzform 05:44, 3 August 2006 (UTC)

I think the harbor islands should be discussed in a separate article on "Boston harbor" - this is a very different thing from the port, and would have very different material. Rustavo 09:14, 16 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Geography

The Winthrop Peninsular? Is that really how it's spelled or is that just a typo? Or maybe a reference to the Bostonian tendency to add an "R" where it doesn't belong? --Vorenus 18:09, 28 December 2006 (UTC)
