Is this the oldest range in the United States? The article about the UP has an image with a caption stating as much. Reb42 (talk) 21:36, 16 January 2008 (UTC)

I asked this question before too, but it looks as though its been deleted. Anyway, if you go to http://www.michigan.gov/dnr/0,1607,7-153-30301_31154_31260-54024--,00.html it says "At 2 billion years old, the mountains are a section of one of the oldest mountain chains in the world." Should that be included in the article somehow? The Umbrella Corporation (talk) 03:11, 3 June 2008 (UTC)
