Portuguese Beach Soccer League

Portuguese Beach Soccer League is the biggest summer team sport event in Portugal. This is the resulte of effort by the Portuguese District Football Associations of Algarve, Castelo Branco, Leiria, Lisboa, Porto and Setúbal, in cooperation with several local and national entities. The competition occurs between the months of May and July in four stages around the country. The biggest clubs that participate in this event are: FC Porto, Boavista FC, SL Benfica, Sporting CP e Vitória Setúbal.
