Portneuf is a provincial electoral district in the province of Quebec, Canada. Located in the Capitale-Nationale region, the riding was formed in 1829. It includes the municipalities of Deschambeault-Grondines, Portneuf, Donnacona, Neuville, Saint-Raymond and Sainte-Catherine-de-la-Jacques-Cartier.
