Portland Bible Church, established in 2005, is a traditional non-denominational Christian church. Emphasis is on Bible teaching; worship is limited to three traditional hymns and classroom style Bible teaching. Services are held at the Community Music Center at 3350 SE Francis in Portland Oregon However Portland Bible Church is not a member or affiliate of any other church or organization.

Pastor Gary Glenney has a master's degree in biblical languages from Tulsa Seminary of Biblical Languages, with additional graduate hours at Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary, and New Mexico State University. He is also certified in secondary education in both mathematics and physics and has a BS in mechanical engineering from Penn State University. He was ordained at Berachah Church in Houston, Texas under the ministry of Robert Thieme.

Church services are held on Sunday from 10:00am to 12:00 noon with a 10 minute break, during which coffee and pastries are provided. Services include a brief prayer, announcements, traditional hymns, and two 45 minute Bible lectures from Pastor Glenney. Services are recorded and posted on the church web site in mp3 format for download free of charge.
Gary Glenney's teaching emphasizes verse-by-verse interpretation of scripture from the original languages with attention to the context in which it was written.
