Portia Reiners (born March 8, 1990, is an American actress. She is most recognizable for her role as teenager Britney Jennings, who replaced Katrina Bowden. Starr Manning's biggest enemy, on the daytime soap opera One Life To Live.
Portia Reiners stepped in for Leven Rambin in 2006, playing the autistic Lily Montgomery on All My Children.
Portia was named after the character Portia from Shakespeare's The Merchant of Venice.
