Portal (UK band)

Portal are an ambient/dreampop band from the UK, based around multi-instrumentalist Scott Sinfield and vocalist Rachel Hughes. Recording between 1996 and 2006, Portal released a series of albums and singles on a variety of independent record labels in the UK, Europe and USA, including Make Mine Music, the co-operative label started by Scott and Jon Attwood of the band Yellow6. Portal also recorded a BBC Radio 1 session for the late John Peel in 2000.
