Port Hedland International Airport (IATA: PHE, ICAO: YPPD) is an airport at Port Hedland, Western Australia. The airport is 14 km from Port Hedland and 11 km from South Hedland. Security upgrades were recently made at the airport.[1] The airport annually has more than 100,000 passengers and 10,000 flights per year. While the airport is referred to as an international airport, there currently is no scheduled international flights.
