Porajów (German: Großporitsch) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Bogatynia, within Zgorzelec County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland, close to the Czech and German borders. Prior to 1945 it was in Germany.
It lies approximately 11 kilometres (7 mi) west of Bogatynia, 32 kilometres (20 mi) south-west of Zgorzelec, and 157 kilometres (98 mi) west of the regional capital Wrocław.
The village has a population of 2,500. It lies on a railway line running from Zittau in Germany to Liberec in the Czech Republic; however the trains do not stop on Polish territory.
