Description	Portland City Council in chambers at Portland City Hall in Portland, Oregon on 2008-04-09. From left, Randy Leonard, Sam Adams, Mayor Tom Potter, Dan Saltzman. Session was shortly after retirement of Erik Sten; Adams was elected this morning to succeed Sten as Council President (as indicated by the second plaque in front of his seat.)
