This image is the cover for the album Portable Sounds Special Edition by Christian rapper tobyMac. I found it here. It's coloration is slightly different than the original, which is why it is used to illustrate the special edition.

This image is of a cover of an audio recording, and the copyright for it is most likely owned by either the publisher of the album or the artist(s) which produced the recording or cover artwork in question. The preceding image, portablesounds.jpg, is being held here; even though it is subject to copyright I (CJ King) think it is covered by the United States fair use laws because:

1. it is a low resolution copy of a Compact Disc album cover;
2. it does not at all limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the CD album in any way;
3. it is unethical to make illegal copies of this image
4. the image on the cover is important because it was made by a famous artist, Toby McKeehan with the support of his record company, ForeFront Records.
