This Universal Frequency Counter appeared in an article written by Don Lancaster in the March 1969 issue of Popular Electronics.[1]
The catalog was published by Southwest Technical Products Corporation in 1969 without a copyright notice. The company published over twenty company catalogs between 1968 and 1978 and none had a copyright notice. The privately held company ceased all operations around 1990.
