[edit] Advance Fee Fraud

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Advance_fee_fraud

The Bot edited some text in an e-mail received from a scammer. That should be left as it was received, as it is an example of the scammers' work. I have undone the un-needed edits, and left those that were correctly made to the rest of the article Pontificake 18:49, 12 November 2006 (UTC)

Thanks Pontificake. You're quite right, and I've made note of what I should have left alone. Cheers, CmdrObot 19:53, 12 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Dead end pages

I noted your comment on the DEP talk about the 1000 limit - It irritates me too as work nearly fulltime on them. You might look at the link at the bottom of the page Here, which points to an alphabetized list MNewnham 15:36, 20 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Vandalizing

This is your last warning for your edit to Code Lyoko. Next time you vandalize a page you will be banned. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Codelyoko193 (talkcontribs) 19:10, 10 December 2006 (UTC).

[edit] Re: Rock Disambiguation

Actually I am not running the bot at the moment (I have swapped computers and it is not installed here). You could run a bot yourself, there are various ones listed in the Tools section at Disambiguation pages with links. If you don't run the bot too fast, then I don't think you need a separate bot account. Otherwise, I'm sure if the number of links to Rock grows much larger the people at Wikipedia:Disambiguation pages with links will take care of it.--Commander Keane 03:30, 2 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Hooley

Thanks for deleting the comment about teenage nuisance. I totally agree with your deletion. I'll be braver next time. SuzanneKn 18:30, 6 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] West Midlands WikiProject improvement drive

I wouldn't do this normally but the improvement drive nominations page has gone quiet all of a sudden. So, could you please add a nomination or support/object the current nomination on there. Thanks and happy editting! - Erebus555 21:42, 10 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Thanks for reverting the vandalism on AA419

Just a small note of thanks for keeping the AA419 page clean and accurate Sa87 12:03, 17 May 2007 (UTC)

[edit] License tagging for Image:RonAtkinson.JPG

Thanks for uploading Image:RonAtkinson.JPG. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 19:11, 20 October 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Thanx for reverting the Lean on Me (song) page

Greetings, Pontificake! Just a quick thank-you for reverting the Lean on Me (song) article. Wasn't too sure how to go about it myself, and was taking a deep breath - whilst assuming good faith. Regs., --Technopat (talk) 00:34, 12 December 2007 (UTC)
