[edit] Current Event?

There seems to be a relatively minor dispute on whether this page documents a current event. The Current Event tag has been removed twice, but the article suggests that the case was remanded to the lower court. If that's true, then there are likely still developments that will occur in this case and the Current Event tag seems appropriate. I think that the current event tag should probably stay on the article.Dekkanar 20:19, 21 April 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Pay attention

Some people are insisting that the Category:Microsoft criticisms and controversies be added. Note the description of the category: "Articles relating to controversies and criticisms of Microsoft's business practices and software." ... how does this article, in any way, match up with that? The action was taken by the Russian government, on their own, without prompting or co-operation from Microsoft. Have a look at the other articles in that category... they involve significant criticisms of Microsoft, as well as legal cases in which they were actively involved. -/- Warren 00:11, 25 October 2007 (UTC)
