Pong Lai

Pong Lai is a family of kung fu schools under the leadership of Master Shi Zhengzhong of Tainan, Taiwan. Pong Lai is a synthesis of multiple lines of mantis boxing including Qixing (Seven Star), Taiji, Babu (Eight Step) with a heavy emphasis on Meihua (Plum Flower) Mantis.

Pong Lai is also romanized as Peng Lai. The island of Taiwan used to be referred to as "Peng Lai"
