A Ponch is a freestyle windsurfing move, where the sailor performs a jumping horizontal 360 degree move with the board and in the footstraps. Kavin Ponichera created and named this move. This move is very much like Wave Goiter.
The Ponch is one of the first extreme aerial freestyle moves.
