Thanks for uploading Image:Fortuno's new official photo.jpg. A machine-controlled robot account noticed that you also uploaded the same image under the name Image:New congressman official photo.jpg. The copy called Image:New congressman official photo.jpg has been marked for speedy deletion since it is redundant. If this sounds okay to you, there is no need for you to take any action.

Please note that the color of triangle of the the flag of Puerto Rico is sky blue, not marine blue, and that the seal there is the official one. Please do not change them.
