  • I could not imagine someone sane disputing a policy because it doesn't say that it's a policy when they arrive at the page, although I'm sure you could come up with cases of it. In a sense, though, usage is more important than organization. Not everyone's a fan of the WP:ATT merging, but I'm not terribly against it either. WP:NOT is more of a list, of course, than a complex policy with one overarching idea that can be referenced with a wikilink merely for convenience. Gracenotes^T § 16:28, 16 March 2007 (UTC)
