I have a question? Is the president elected to a five-year term or a seven-year term? In the first section it says a five-year term, but later in the article it says a seven-year term. DWolf2k2 17:58, 4 March 2007 (UTC)

In the main Senegal article, it says that it used to be 7 years but was ammended to 5 years in 2001.
