The Legislative body consists of the Great and General Council, the parliament, and a unicameral Chamber - this makes it sound like three different bodies. But there is no mention of a Chamber anywhere in this article. Is "the parliament, and a unicameral Chamber" intended as a description of the Council? If so, it should be rewritten to something like The legislative body consists of the Great and General Council, a unicameral parliament Nik42 19:49, 22 February 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Judicial system

"The judicial system of San Marino is entrusted to foreign executives, both for historical and social reasons."

San Marino nationals are now allowed to be judges (law number 36 of February 26, 200, cited by http://www.unhchr.ch/html/menu2/6/crc/doc/replies/wr-sanmarino-fr.pdf ): have local judges been appointed since then?

Another thing: are there concerns as to the compatibility of this "parliamentary court" (the members of the Consiglio dei XII are also listed among the members of the Great and general council, so it looks like they are still MPs after their appointment to a judicial position) with the European convention of human rights, at a time when the House of Lords is about to lose its judicial power?
