The Polytechnic University of the Philippines, Open University (PUP-OU), or the Pamantasang Bayan (Filipino: Politeknikong Unibersidad ng Pilipinas, Bukás na Unibersidad) or the PUP Center for Distance Learning Education is located at Mabini Campus in Manila. It was established in 1995 to meet the needs of some people who cannot physically go to regular classes.
