Polypedates omeimontis is a species of frog in the Rhacophoridae family. It is endemic to China. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical moist montanes, freshwater marshes, arable land, rural gardens, and ponds. It is threatened by habitat loss.
