Polly Becker was a fictional character in the popular BBC soap opera EastEnders. She was played by Victoria Gould from April 1997 to September 1998.
Polly was a stereotypical journalist who turned up in Albert Square in April 1997 to report the local happenings for the Walford Gazette.
She began a friendship with Tony Hills who she took under her wing, and soon their relationship became a sexual one.
She fled Albert Square in September 1998 after reporting the Kapoor family scandal.
