Politicide are a punk band formed in the early 1980s. Their song "51st State" appeared on the Bullshit Detector volume 3 compilation album released by Crass Records in 1982. The band reformed in 2002 and are still active. Mostly performing at DIY/underground and benefit gigs. Recent releases include 'Jihad' and 'Tail of Erik Part One' both available from their official website. Also, they appear on various compilations. Including "Erik" on both the 'Direct Action Arkangel' CD - a punk rock benefit compilation for various animal rights groups: Available from London Punks/Active Slaughter. And, 'This Is R.A.S.H UK And Ireland Part 1' available from various sites, including London Class War.
