The Polillo Forest Frog (Platymantis polillensis) is a species of frog in the Ranidae family. It is endemic to the Philippines.
Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical dry forests, subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, and subtropical or tropical moist montanes. It is threatened by habitat loss.
