Polia (Greek: Pulia, birds) is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Vibo Valentia in the Italian region Calabria, located about 30 km southwest of Catanzaro and about 20 km northeast of Vibo Valentia. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 1,224 and an area of 31.8 km².[1]

Polia borders the following municipalities: Cenadi, Cortale, Filadelfia, Francavilla Angitola, Jacurso, Maierato, Monterosso Calabro, San Vito sullo Ionio.
