Pola de Allande (La Puela in Asturian) is a town and a parish of the Asturian municipality of Allande, in Spain, of which it is capital. In their 34.01 km² inhabits a total of 767 people (INE 2006). The town was founded between 1262 and 1268. It lies at 104 km from Oviedo, de capital of the Principality of Asturias.
