[edit] Pronunciation

It would be helpful to add the word's pronunciation. I'm not familiar with this dish, but I'm guessing it is pronounced "po-kay", not "poak". --GentlemanGhost (talk) 18:34, 24 November 2007 (UTC)

Yes, it is pronounced "po-kay." If some is better with IPA than I am, I would encourage you to add it. --chemica (talk) 22:46, 20 April 2008 (UTC)
